Hey there. 👋 By using CalQuizzes, you're agreeing to these terms. Nothing scary — just the basic ground rules to keep things fair for everyone. If you don't agree with something here, that's totally fine — just don't use the site.

Free Access

All our online quizzes are completely free — for Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL. You don't need an account. You don't need to give us your email. You just show up and learn. Simple.

We do offer an optional PDF practice book for folks who want offline study materials. That's a separate purchase, and your support helps us keep the online quizzes free for everyone.

How You Can Use Our Content

Our quizzes are here to help you learn. You're welcome to:

• Take the quizzes as many times as you want
• Share links to our pages with friends or on social media
• Use our content for your personal learning journey

What you can't do: copy our quiz questions and explanations to sell or redistribute them. That's not cool, and it's not allowed.

About the Quiz Content

We put real effort into making our quizzes accurate and helpful. But hey, nobody's perfect. We don't guarantee that every question is error-free or that the content will fit your exact needs. Each question comes with clear explanations to help you understand the concepts — not just memorize answers.

Affiliate Links (How We Keep Things Free)

Some pages on CalQuizzes include affiliate links. That means if you click through and buy something (like a course or tool we genuinely recommend), we might earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. These affiliate relationships help us keep our quizzes free for everyone. We never recommend stuff we don't believe in.

Third-Party Services

We use Gumroad to handle payments for our optional PDF practice book and "Buy Me a Coffee" support. When you choose to support us, your payment info goes directly to Gumroad — we never see or store your financial details. Their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.

Our Stuff (Intellectual Property)

All the quiz questions, explanations, text, and design on CalQuizzes belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. The CalQuizzes name and logo are our trademarks.

No Guarantees (The Legal Bit)

CalQuizzes is provided "as is". That means we don't make any promises that the site will be perfect, uninterrupted, or completely error-free. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee anything.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CalQuizzes isn't responsible for any damages that come from using our site. You're using it at your own risk — but honestly, it's just quizzes, so you'll probably be fine.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms once in a while. If we do, we'll change the "Last Updated" date at the top. By continuing to use CalQuizzes after any changes, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
